Return

We have a 30 day return policy. In order to receive a refund (minus shipping and restocking fee), the item must not be damaged or used. The return shipment fee will be deducted from your refund and a 10% restocking fee may apply. You have the option to have the item refunded back to your payment method or for online store credit.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns are the responsibility of the buyer, if an item is being returned due to a fault or issue then we will refund you the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged – but you must ensure you sign the ticket with the courier as damaged/unchecked.  Please send us an email at efk-lemax@outlook.com to start the replacement process.
